New Features: Upload images to reports, faster loading for granular data, & more

IP3 ASSESS is a product from the Institute for People, Place, and Possibility (IP3). Our team works closely with our core technology development partner, BonkeyBong, to build and continuously improve IP3 ASSESS, based on what we learn from current users. We regularly update you—our IP3 ASSESS users—with what’s new on the platform to help you get the most out of your access. Check out the most recently-added features below!

Direct image uploads in reports

Now users can more-easily integrate images into your reports by directly uploading image files using the new Image widget. Upload works just like attaching a file to am email, and integrating images into reports and dashboards allows users to get a fuller picture of a given community.

Upgraded back-end for faster data loading at the tract and county level

We’ve upgraded the back-end processing on the platform to allow for faster data loading, especially on the maps. Now, you’ll see data at the tract- and county-level load more quickly as you explore data on the platform.

Featured IP3 Report

Extreme Heat & Drought: Extreme heat and drought are two increasingly common occurrences due to rising temperatures and changing weather patterns caused by climate change. Extreme heat and drought have unequal impacts on the population. These disparities arise due to a combination of socioeconomic, historical, and systemic factors that create uneven vulnerability and resilience among various populations.
