Developed in partnership with the National Center for Wellness and Recovery, this two-part framework aids in understanding the burden of opioid and substance use, and point to priorities for addressing and preventing substance use and advancing well-being with an aim to address the Nation’s growing opioid crisis.

This framework is built from seven domains and roughly 55 data indicators.
